The back yard offers a hand-made fire-pit with 4 log-seats created from the surrounding woods...what an experience to scavenge the wooded property for fresh firewood, build a fire and create memories...did someone say S'mores? Don't want to cook with the stainless steel kitchen oven...no worries - just spark up the charcoal grill located on the back patio/deck and it's BBQ time :)The home is 37 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a full section sleeper sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a queen bed, with 4 under-bed storage drawers. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to include a: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle and quartz countertops. Dine at the kitchen island or fold-down wall table. There is a full bathroom, with LED and natural lighting, to include a shower with a tub, heated flooring, blue-tooth exhaust fan/speaker, elongated toilet and large vanity and mirror. If you need to stay connected while on vacation...no worries with the free high speed Wifi internet and coffee table that transforms into a desk...you will be the envy of all your colleagues as you lounge in Mother Nature while being online and able to stream your favorite shows on the the 50" HDTV and several streaming apps.The lake is about a 1 minute walk away The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 15 minutes away.This home it set back off the main road about 150 feet on a private un-paved but drivable road. There are only 2 other homes on this street and this home is located on the edge of the woods with a lake-view. The lake is about a 1 minute walk from this home. The home is equipped with a mini-split HVAC system with a remote control for your ease of use. The 4-skylights placed in the cathedral ceilings allows for indoor stargazing and allows a lot of natural light into the home. The home had a lot of natural light on purpose; we wanted guests to experience the outdoors while indoor :)

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
