This luxury and brand new 5 bedroom, 3 storey villa is located in a prime, central Ayia Napa location, just a few minutes walk to Nissi Avenue and all its beaches and amenities. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.Outside, the beautiful and sizeable garden offers a barbecue, work-top and sink area, outside shower, a generous-sized dining area with seating for 10 people, an extra seating area with comfortable sofas, sunloungers and the large, private pool, ideal for those hot days lazing in the Cyprus sun.As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, and very modern open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, with large patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels and wi-fi connection. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
