Families with up to 3 children are also very welcome. The spacious, bright living and dining area with open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, fridge, toaster, kettle and a two-ring hob with oven. A cosy sitting area with sofa bed and satellite TV invites you to relax, while the master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the second bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, a WC and a daylight window.The furnished balcony, which is accessible from the living area, offers an inviting atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
