This beautiful holiday resort enjoys a quiet setting in Polis Crysochous, on the western coast of the sunny island of Cyprus. The resort is in first row to the sea, the villa that is positioned furthest away is still only approximately 100m away from the beach.

The villa is part of a group of ten exclusive Mediterranean styled villas in Latchi, Polis in the Paphos district, adjacent to the Latchi Public Beach which has been awarded the Environmental Blue Flag, a European award for beaches, based on cleanliness and safety. The Polis region is the ideal place for those seeking active holidays in beautiful nature.Fully detached three-bedroom holiday villa in a modern beach front resort, with a private swimming pool, only a few steps from the beach at LatchiYour private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. There also are BBQ facilities. Fairly high walls all around the garden ensure privacy.The two-storey villa features an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. It can accommodate six persons.

The upper floor offers the master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and en suite bathroom (bath tub and shower device, wash basin and toilet), and two more bedrooms each with two 90 x 200 cm single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). There's a separate shower room with a toilet, and a large balcony.

The lower floor has an open plan kitchen with access to the outside terrace with your private swimming pool and barbecue. There is a separate dining area and sunken lounge with a traditional fireplace, opening onto the terrace and pool. TV and CD player are also included. Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. The guest toilet offers additional comfort.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available at no extra cost during the months of May-October. Air-conditioning for heating during the winter months is optional and can be paid locally. Free wifi internet is available throughout the property. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
