The flat is in a quiet yet very central location in Grafing in Upper Bavaria. The bathroom with window has a shower and is equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. Please note that the holiday flat is ideally suited for 2 people. An occupancy up to 4 persons is only possible in short exceptional cases (max. 3 nights).The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and invites you to enjoy a relaxing view of the large garden. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
