Newly built holiday home in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. This house was classified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association in 2013. The approx. 110 m² holiday home is located in a small idyllic village Untermitterdorf at the foot of the Plattenstein in the middle of the Bavarian Forest.On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, a dining area and a large living area with flat screen TV and two sofas that can be converted into sofa beds if required. There is also a small bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor, as well as a storage room and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (children's beds can be added at any time). The spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC is also located here.Outside the holiday home there is a children's playground with a swing. There is also a barbecue area and a wooden terrace with garden furniture on the south side of the house.The bed linen is changed once a week, the hand and bath towels twice. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
