The "Immas Welt" holiday flat is located on the top floor of the timber and glass architect's house on a plot of approx. 2,400 square metres in the Utting-Holzhausen district and can be reached via an external staircase. Short distances lead to the lake with bathing area and sunbathing lawn, to the landing stage of the Ammersee shipping company and into the open countryside. It offers openness and spaciousness with an unobstructed view of the countryside. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
