We would like to welcome you to our holiday flat on the south-eastern outskirts of Berlin!
The flat has a size of 70 m² and is located on the upper floor of our two-family house.
Thanks to the two bedrooms, the flat is ideal for 4 people. It also has a large, light-flooded living and dining room, a south-facing balcony and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is a car park outside the front door and smoking is permitted on the balcony. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Woltersdorf an der Schleuse is surrounded by lots of water, forests and fields and offers plenty of opportunities to relax far away from everyday life and to be active in sports.

By public transport you can reach Alexanderplatz in 50 minutes and Kurfürstendamm in just over an hour.

The rental price includes

- Bringing electric bicycles or electric scooters onto our property is prohibited without exception (fire hazard).

- Bringing pets is not permitted.
- Smoking is only permitted on the loggia/balcony. The use the ashtrays provided.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
