You enter the open-plan living and dining area via a hallway. The living room has a sofa bed, three comfortable armchairs, a table, footstools, a large flat-screen TV and Blu Ray player, a large, solid brick fireplace that can be lit at any time if required and creates a cosy atmosphere with its crackling fire. Sufficient firewood is available and can be used if required for a flat rate per stay. The sofa bed can be easily converted into a double bed so that up to 8 people can sleep in the house. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a cosy, spacious seating area. A small staircase leads to the gallery, where you will find the fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, crockery etc., with adjoining seating area for up to 4 people. Next to it is the shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. On the same floor is the first bedroom with a double bed and its own flat-screen TV. From here you can also access a separate toilet room with washbasin and WC. The rustic wooden staircase leads to the top floor, where there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds and its own washbasin. Both rooms have access to the balcony.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
