Our house Strandrubin is located in the beach park Baabe, on Germany's largest and certainly most beautiful island 'Rügen'. The house offers 60 square metres of space for four people. The water is just 50 metres away. As a visitor, you will find naturalness and tranquillity in many places. The seaside resort of Baabe is the oldest village on Mönchgut, dating back a good 750 years, and is situated on an isthmus in the biosphere reserve. This location means that Baabe is surrounded by all the different types of landscape that can be found on Rügen - deciduous and coniferous forests, hilly Bodden landscapes and the unspoilt nature of the Baltic Sea coast. When the weather is fine, Baabe's beach invites you to sunbathe and romp around in the shallow water. Take a long walk in the rough season and then relax in the whirlpool in Haus Strandrubin or stretch out your tired limbs in front of the crackling fireplace - with a nice book or a glass of wine in your hand - just do what you feel like. It's your holiday! Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
