Our charming semi-detached house is located just 100 metres north of the Bodstedt Bodden, nestled in the quiet and tranquil resort of Wieck with around 900 inhabitants. Enjoy the picturesque view of the Bodden from our south-facing terrace, despite the slightly restricted view from the neighbouring house and some trees. A place that promises peace and relaxation even in the high season.Inside, the house impresses with a generous living space of 85 square metres, spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find an inviting hallway, a modern shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining and living room with a fireplace to create a homely atmosphere. Upstairs, three lovingly furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200) and two others with single beds (90 x 200), offer space for those seeking relaxation. A further shower room and amenities such as free Internet and satellite TV round off the comfort.The outdoor area invites you to linger outside with a spacious, south-facing terrace and well-equipped patio furniture. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
