The flat block is a terraced building on a slope. The design of the house means that you sit on the terrace surrounded by green treetops. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace all afternoon and evening. The view extends to the mountains and valleys of the Oberharz opposite. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
