Some of them have their own shower/WC.Towels and bed linen as well as ancillary costs such as electricity, gas and water are included for the duration of your stay, subject to normal usage.The final cleaning is also included in the rental price if the apartment is returned swept clean.The house is in a central location at the entrance to the village, within walking distance of the historic village centre and Lake Kronenburg.The Eifel spring trail adjoins the property and the famous Kyll cycle path is only 500 metres away.The municipality of Dahlem charges an accommodation tax for tourist accommodation. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
