Maximaal 2 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. The holiday flat was renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished with modern furniture. The rural charm has been retained. The flat was furnished with attention to detail. We made sure that everything was stylishly furnished and harmonised with each other. Our Dreiländer-Heck holiday flat is equipped for up to five people + baby cot. It is therefore ideal for families or couples. The new modern kitchen is located on the ground floor. The dining area is also in the kitchen. There is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The first bedroom, shower and washing machine are also located on the lower floor. The bed in the lower bedroom measures 140 by 2 metres. Then a beautiful stone staircase leads to the first floor. There is the living room, where the second television is located. The second bedroom and the WC are also on this floor. The bed there measures 180 x 2 metres. Unfortunately, the flat is not suitable for wheelchair users as it is spread over two floors. The kitchen is equipped with sufficient china, cutlery, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob with oven and a dishwasher. The flat also has a separate green area with a terrace, garden furniture as well as a barbecue and an XXL hammock. Enjoy nature and outdoor activities. Directly at the border triangle you have all the excursion destinations to Luxembourg and Belgium with great landscapes. You have your own car park directly at the house as well as your own entrance. The house is semi-detached. The property is completely fenced in. So children as well as dogs can move freely with us. Your well-being is very important to us. Our guests are greeted on arrival. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, oven and more. We have a television in the kitchen and in the dining area. Of course, we've also thought about the little ones. We have games, colouring materials and other toys. Free Wi-Fi is of course also available, including Internet TV in the kitchen and living room. There is also a washing machine in the accommodation. We have a high chair for the little ones and a travel cot. For the cold winter days we have a nice high quality digital pellet stove in the living room Dogs are welcome. Cats are not allowed.The outdoor area is a paradise for children and also for adults who love nature and tranquillity. In the garden there is a sandpit, swing, trampoline, climbing tower and two slides. The whole property is fenced. We also have a separate terrace with a green area for our guests with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a great hammock. There our guests are all to themselves. There is a car park right next to the flat. Up to three cars can be parked there.Here you will find peace and quiet and can enjoy nature to the full. We want our guests to have a relaxing time where they can get away from the stress of everyday life. We also offer them fresh eggs from our happy hens.Place and location of the accommodation:The beautiful Eifel region is full of excursion destinations and activities. Here we present some of them that we know very well ourselves and can highly recommend. Feel free to contact us for ideas and experiences. We will be happy to help. The amusement park in 54647 Gondorf, for example, is a great excursion destination for young and old. The wildlife and safari park in 54550 Daun is also a great destination for the whole family. These are just two examples. Many other beautiful attractions are in our neighbourhood, where we will be happy to advise you. Beautiful hiking trails, e.g. through the nature reserve also called the Biebertal, almost right on our doorstep. Those who love nature will get their money's worth here. If you want to take a break from the stress of everyday life, you've come to the right place here in the beautiful Eifel. For motorbike fans, for example, we have the Nürburgring, also known as the Green Hell. This is the longest race track in the world. And only 73 km away from our holiday flat. There are also beautiful motorbike tours through narrow valleys, high plateaus, wonderful viewpoints, lots of uphill and downhill bends, amazing rock formations, castles, fortresses and ruins in the surrounding area. We are only 16 kilometres from the Black Man. This is the second highest peak here in the Schneifel. The height is 697m and therefore also a popular destination for our winter sports enthusiasts. In our flat there is a digital pellet stove in the living room, which creates a wonderful romantic and very cosy atmosphere in winter, for example when it snows.
