The warmth of the fireplace in the living room, together with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators in the attic and cellar, ensures cosiness even in the coldest winters. The centrepiece is a modern kitchen, which is directly adjacent to the cosy living room with Smart TV and leather seating area. Two bedrooms in the attic, equipped with Smart TV and protected by fly/mosquito screens, offer a restful night's sleep. There is also additional accommodation in the basement, where a sauna and relaxation room invite you to unwind.The outdoor area impresses with its two spacious terraces, equipped with solid wood benches, which invite you to linger at any time of day. While you can enjoy the view of playing squirrels on the west-facing terrace, you are surrounded by the lush vegetation of the very large and tree-lined neighbouring properties. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
