Our holiday home is situated in a beautiful, quiet location in the Fläming Nature Park. In the forest with a clearing. With a pond about 150 metres away, unfortunately not visible from the house. Ideal for cycling and hiking. Very close to the world heritage sites of Dessau and Wittenberg.
The Fläming Cycle Path and the Luther Trail run nearby.In the forest with a view of a clearing. Unfortunately, you cannot see the lake, which is approx. 150 metres away, from the house. Garitz lies on the edge of the Fläming. Ideal for cycling and hiking. The hut is barrier-free, but it is located in the forest. There are no stairs to climb. There is a tarmac path nearby. However, this does not lead directly to the house. Our property is paved from the garden door to the entrance and there is a ramp to the terrace. There is only an unpaved path in front of the garden door. This leads approx. 15 metres to the paved gravel road, which meets the asphalt road after approx. 80 metres. The doors in the house are 70 cm wide (internal dimensions) and have a small threshold of 1 - 3 cm.Facilities: - approx. 65 m² living space, plot approx. 600 m², with forest behind approx. 2 ha, - 1 kitchen (fully equipped, incl. dishwasher) - 1 bathroom (shower, WC) - 1 living room with fireplace and sofa bed - 2 bedrooms (2 beds each, extra bed possible) - 1 terrace - 1 carport - 1 shedGaritz is the gateway to the Fläming Nature Park, but the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom, the cultural and Bauhaus city of Dessau and the Lutherstadt Wittenberg are also within easy reach. You can walk the Luther Trail from here, and the Elbe can be reached by car in around 15 minutes. The Elbe is a dream for paddlers. You can swim and fish at the nearby lake. The Silent Corner Western Ranch (2 km away) offers all ambitious riders an attractive offer. A restaurant and hotel can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.The living space is approx. 65 sq m. The plot is approx. 500 sq m and fenced. The forest behind it was affected by a storm in 2018 and was replanted in 2019. However, this makes the property brighter.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
