Welcome to the Schneider family - comfort with south-facing terrace. Our spacious holiday flat for two people is at ground level on the sunny south side, with a separate entrance and plenty of light. It offers a quiet retreat for couples, business travellers or anyone who wants to experience Görlitz in style. The old town is just a few minutes away - and anyone who has ever enjoyed their morning coffee on the terrace knows that the day starts with quality here.

The furnishings are high-quality and well thought-out. A large bedroom with double bed and wardrobe ensures a restful night's sleep. The bright living room with sofa and flat-screen TV offers direct access to the terrace. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped - with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and everything you need for everyday life. The modern bathroom with shower and WC is neat and friendly. The flat is non-smoking - with one exception: smoking is permitted on the terrace.

The terrace: South-facing, with table, chairs and a view of the greenery, it invites you to relax - whether with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The car park is right outside the front door and is reserved for you. No searching, no dragging - just arrive and feel at home.

Bicycles are welcome - with restrictions. A covered bicycle stand is available for you, directly at the house and protected from the weather. Please note: E-bikes, tandems or recumbent bikes cannot be accommodated due to space restrictions. Charging e-bikes is not permitted on the premises for safety reasons. Please register your bikes in advance or at the latest before arrival.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
