Here you can experience culture and relaxation.The holiday flat is located in a very quiet residential area of Oldenburg in a cul-de-sac, right next to the Wall Museum, where you can experience the Middle Ages up close, and a path leads through the ramparts to the historic old town of Oldenburg, with all shopping facilities and various restaurants, which can be reached in 15 minutes (on foot).A cycle path leads through fields and meadows to the Weißenhäuser Strand holiday park, 6 km away, with a wide range of leisure activities, wide beaches, cliffs and a subtropical bathing area, or fun in the jungle land for children.Heiligenhafen with its fishing harbour and marina and the island of Fehmarn can be reached quickly by car.The flat is located in the basement, with windows facing the outside area, so the rooms are bright and sunny. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
