Welcome to the log cabin on the Rennsteig in the Thuringian Forest at 830 metres above sea level.The holiday home is located on the western edge of the town of Neuhaus am Rennweg, which has a population of around 9,000. It is extremely quiet, right on the edge of the forest and yet close enough to do your shopping on foot.Experience special, unforgettable moments in this modern log cabin with 160 square metres and 500 square metres of garden. It offers perfect conditions for a romantic holiday for two, for trips with the family or for a training camp with sports enthusiasts. In the snow-free season, the hiking trails and villages along the Rennsteig offer many sights and, of course, plenty of nature. The fitness centre with its sauna area next door offers additional opportunities to keep fit and relax (sauna 10 EUR/p. and fitness+sauna 15 EUR/p.).With an area of 160 square metres, the house offers enough space for up to 8 people. A modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a large fireplace, library, a variety of lighting options, 3 bedrooms and underfloor heating on the ground floor offer a level of comfort that is not so easy to find on the Rennsteig in combination with the log construction of the house. The covered balcony on the upper floor and the paved terraces facing south and west offer plenty of space for relaxation, barbecues or chats in the fresh forest air.It is a pet-free, non-smoking house!Right next to the log cabin is the fitness camp with sauna area and an open football pitch where you can also play badminton, frisbee or other throwing and ball games. REWE, Rossmann and Lidl are only a 3-minute walk away.There is enough parking space for 3-4 cars or camper vans in front of the log cabin. The Rennsteig is only about 300 metres away.The host, Jens Mahler, has kept several trophies, medals, race numbers and pictures of his sporting career in the house, including the time trial bike with which he competed in the legendary IRONMAN in Hawaii in 2001 and 2002. He has completed six IRONMAN competitions, including two IRONMAN Hawaii races. In 1990 he was a member of the GDR national triathlon team (middle and short distance) and in 2001 he was an Olympic ambassador for the city of Leipzig for the 2012 Olympic bidNaturally, he took part in the traditional Rennsteiglauf several times. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
