The downstairs comprises a sitting room with doors opening onto the courtyard (no dining table), and access to the downstairs toilet. The kitchen has dining table, doors leading to enclosed private garden. Stairs are normal width. Upstairs bedroom has kingsized bed, kids room 2 singles that can't be joined together. Bathroom is great, but i wouldn't call it modern. There is a shower attachment on the bath. The private garden leads onto the communal gardens comprising playing fields, trampoline, lawn tennis court, shared heated swimming pool, table tennis and farm animals.

This cosy cottage is somewhat set apart from the other buildings on the country estate and therefore enjoys ample privacy. Its 90m2 of living space is spread over two floors, comprising a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The living room on the ground floor provides two comfortable sofas, a wooden coffee table, a digital flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and USB port, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system and a dining table with four chairs. Next to it there is the kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs, a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. There is a convenient separate guest toilet.
Stairs lead to the upper floor with the bathroom and bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a king size bed (160 x 200cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 190cm). The bathroom comprises a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot can also be provided. A highchair and a washing machine are available and plenty of bed linen is provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the cottage can be used free of charge.

The living room opens onto the courtyard, and the kitchen to your private garden area with a grill, a dining table with chairs, sun loungers and a view over the orchards on the country estate as far as the pond with water lilies and the stream.
