Recently built 3-star-rated house with a large enclosed garden and a spacious private swimming pool, located in the charming village of Argeliers in the Aude department. The property enjoys a peaceful setting, as it is located in a cul-de-sac. The main local shops are less than 500 m away.

This holiday destination is an excellent choice for guests wishing to combine seaside attractions with cultural discoveries. The lively beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne-Plage are less than 30 km away. Within a radius of 50 km, there are numerous excursion opportunities offering a variety of attractions: Roman Narbonne, the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the fortified city of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as natural attractions such as the Canal du Midi, Lake Jouarres, the Bages lagoons, which are particularly popular with migratory birds, and the La Clape Regional Natural Park, renowned for its picturesque hiking trails.
