The house is located just before the village of Lefokastro, in a completely quiet location above the beautiful bay of Gourna (300 metres).The house is built on a slope, so you have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea from all sides.There are no discos or tavernas far and wide - just the sea and a beautiful sunset. The small settlement of Lefokastro is approx. 1 km away. There you will find 3 tavernas, the best of which, "Kalma", is open all year round.Further shopping and entertainment facilities as well as tavernas and restaurants can be found in Afissos (approx. 2.5 km) or in Argalasti (approx. 7 km).Water sports facilities are available in Horto (approx. 15 km).Car park:There is a car park in the grounds of the house.Beach:The beach is located below the house (300 m). There are other beautiful bays and beaches about 500 to 2000 metres away. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
