The one bedroom has a single bed and a veranda with a view of the mountain, while the other room has a queen-size double bed with a veranda and views of the swimming pool, the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos.All the bedrooms have television, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The living room has also television and air-conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room there is a washing machine.Considering the apartment, it includes 1 double bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is a working desk in the lounge area, where someone can work independently without being interrupted by the rest guests. Lastly, fitness equipment is available in a separate gym area, in case that the guests would like to exercise themselves.In front of the main house extends the swimming pool (with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos) with an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture and dining area .The stone path of the villa starts from the swimming pool, and leads directly to the beach. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
