In this area, there's a pergola with an outdoor dining table for four, a gas barbecue, and a lawn.The highlight of the villa is the back, where the pool is located, providing an ideal spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The pool utilizes saltwater electrolysis, known for being gentler on the eyes and skin compared to traditional chlorine. Outdoor amenities include four sunbeds with two small tables, an umbrella, a dining table for six, and an outdoor shower. The pool is for exclusive use, and pool towels are provided.Indoors:The ground floor comprises a living area with a sofa bed, a dining table for six, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there's a bathroom with a laundry machine.On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both featuring balconies with stunning views. There's also a bathroom on this floor.All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.You will have full access to all the areas of the villa. The swimming pool is private, only for your use.We understand that a clean and comfortable environment is essential to a great stay. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we meticulously clean the house and provide fresh towels for both the bathroom and pool prior to your check-in. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, we offer a cleaning service. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
