From the 16th of May till the end of September, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.) 2/3-day cleaning serviceThe rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival. From December to February, the villa is available for rent at a special monthly rate. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
