Large sliding doors provide access to private terraces or the pool area, creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa has a fully functional kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area offers a welcoming space for shared meals. An extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living area upon request at an extra cost. The sofa is comfortable for both adults and children as the size is 1.10*2.20m.The ground level of the villa includes one beautifully designed bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to the yard. This bedroom offers a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.The upper level features an additional bedroom with twin-size beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request, which offers a balcony with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
