Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside the villa. ***Heated Pool PolicyThe swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
