Welcome to our villa, located at Tria Monastiria at the outskirts of the lively town of Rethymno ! Amazing holidays are guaranteed in a beautiful villa, just 3km from the sandy beach of Rethymno, restaurants and shops. The fully renovated, five bedroom villa blends harmoniously with the beautiful landscape and offers gorgeous views of the Cretan sea, the city lights and the mountains. The classic and elegant decoration promises days and nights of relaxation.The villa is a three storey house and its interior occupies a space of 350 m2. It accommodates up to 11 guests and is ideal for families and groups of friends who seek relaxation and memorable family moments. Villa features five lovely bedrooms (two double, and three with twin beds), one of which is on the ground floor, one on the lower ground floor and the other three on the first floor . The eleventh person can sleep in a folding bed in one of the rooms. Furthermore, all bedrooms are sunny and airy. Bedrooms on the first floor both open to a large balcony with breathtaking views. On the ground floor, is the fully equipped kitchen & the dining area with direct access to the pool where a beautiful garden and olive trees are. A comfortable living room, with a fireplace located on this floor as well. In the lower ground floor there is a play room 85m2 which includes a pool table, wooden football table, arcade with 5000 games, card table and Black Light Disco corner. The villa also provides 4 bathrooms & 1 wc in all floors and an exterior wc next to the pool.The design on both floors creates a cozy atmosphere and relaxing environment. In most areas you can enjoy the fantastic unobstructed view of the area and the sea! Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
