Surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol, this area is ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a good book by the water.For a more relaxed outdoor experience, Villa Anthos offers an outdoor shower to cool off after a dip in the pool. A charcoal BBQ is also available for guests who enjoy cooking outdoors, with a dining table that comfortably seats up to four guests. A ceiling fan in the dining area ensures you can dine in comfort, even during the warm summer months. The villa also offers a parking space for added convenience.*Heated Pool Policy The swimming pool of Villa Anthos can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27-28°C, depending on the weather conditions, from March through June 10th and from September 10th through the end of November. Please note that we require 5 days' advance notice for this ​amenity, and ​when selected, it is provided ​only for the entire duration of the stay. The cost of the heated pool can be paid only with cash upon arrival. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)        From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of the Law, there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is two euros per night from April to October and half a euro per night from November to March. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
