On 37 m², spread over 3 separate rooms on the first floor, there is a cosy sleeping area with a queen-size bed and ceiling fan, from which you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of Lake Como. Entertainment is provided by a 43-inch smart TV for Netflix/YouTube evenings, a radio and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a microwave, airfryer and Nespresso coffee machine. A separate bathroom with bathtub/shower and private washing machine completes the offer.

The private balcony guarantees absolute privacy and invites you to relax with a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Como, cosy chairs and a table.
