This spacious, recently renovated farmhouse is the perfect place for your group holiday! Surrounded by the green olive groves of Cartoceto, but not far from the coast, at Casale Astralis you can enjoy every comfort and regenerate yourself, between a dip in the pool and lunch with friends under the porch. Entirely accessible thanks to the internal lift.The villa is divided into three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests.On the ground floor, the spacious and bright living room with TV, comfortable sofas and a billiard table welcomes you. On the other side is the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. On the same floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the laundry area with tumble dryer. Going up to the first floor is the sleeping area with two more double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a multi-purpose room in which you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two, a kitchenette and a desk, which can therefore also be used as a study.
