You will stay in centuries-old, rustic stone houses with wooden beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors. The location and style of the houses and grounds are unusual and romantic.
From the mosaic pool in the centre of the houses you have a magnificent view of the Foglia valley and over the surrounding hills of Montefeltro to the peaks of the Alpe della Luna. There are several sun terraces around the pool and - in the gardens surrounding the houses - various furnished areas.From the kitchen, the bathroom and the master bedroom there is a door to the private furnished outdoor area and garden. This goes around the whole house: in front of the kitchen there is a dining table and a seating area with a large brick sofa.The "Little House" is particularly "medieval and rustic. It consists of 2 floors: on the ground floor there is the large bathroom and extra toilet and the parents' sleeping area with a large double bed (180x200), from where a relatively steep wooden staircase leads to the living area on the first floor. There is also the children's sleeping area in an alcove with a French double bed (140x200) and on the gallery above a large single bed (120x200), as well as the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. From the kitchen, the bathroom and the master bedroom there is a door to the private furnished outdoor area and garden. The house is best suited for a family, as the lower and upper sleeping areas are connected by the stairs.The Montefeltro area is located in the north of the Marche region, between Tuscany, Romagna and Umbria. Urbino, Urbania, San Leo, Gradara can be reached in 20 - 45 minutes. Many medieval towns with their castles invite you to take a stroll. You can go hiking and mountain biking in the immediate vicinity. The coast near Rimini - Pesaro can be reached in 45 minutes. The cliffs of the San Bartolo Nature Park on the Adriatic with its panoramic road and picturesque bays can be reached in 1 hour. Supermarkets, petrol station, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. can be reached in 10 minutes. Throughout the summer there are interesting village festivals in the area, with food, markets, music and theatre events. In October there is a 'sagra' of autumnal products such as honey, chestnuts and truffles in the surrounding villages every weekendThere are books and toys for the children, e.g. lots of Lego.
We love dogs, but also cats and all other animals. Le Torricelle is a quiet retreat in the middle of nature with the appropriate flora and fauna!!! We organise pizza and pasta evenings together by arrangement. Fruit and vegetables are available fresh from our organic garden depending on the season and - if the hens and quails lay enough - also fresh eggs. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
