"La Casa di Petra"was once a "rustico" (farm with 2 houses), with stables for the cattle, tool rooms and a flat on the upper floor.The main house, built with "Mattoni" bricks and covered with "Coppi", was carefully rebuilt a few years ago using these (old) materials.About 20 metres to the south-east was another, smaller farmhouse which, after reconstruction, offers the holiday flats "L'Oleandro", "L'Olivo" and "Il Gufo".The flats "L'Oleandro" and "L'Olivo" are located next to each other on the ground floor with a large, shared terrace (40 square metres);"Il Gufo" is located in the basement with a portico (covered terrace) and its own sunbathing lawn/herb garden. Next to it is the entrance to the fitness room with cross trainer, weight bench and abdominal trainer, satellite TV and library as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
