The house is located on a hill just outside the town of Carloforte. It enjoys a magnificent view of the village, the salt pans, Calasetta, the Sant'Antioco peninsula and the Sardinian coast.The house is situated on a plot of Mediterranean scrubland. For relaxation, there is a lounge with five hammocks under the Aleppo pines. Guests can park under the trees. Outside you will find a gazebo, stone tables, a wood-burning oven and barbecue and benches, set in a scenic area. There is also a frescoed bathroom with two hot water showers.The villa is divided into two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofas (seating 10), a fireplace, a flat screen satellite TV and a fridge with freezer. The living room opens onto a small kitchen that includes a gas hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine and a sink with two sinks and of course cupboards with plates, cutlery, glasses. The kitchen leads directly out onto the patio, where there is a large dining table that seats 10. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be combined into a double bed on request, a built-in wardrobe and a direct exit to the patio.
