The holiday home is located in the Stella di Mare tourist complex. The complex borders a beautiful beach and is close to Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, and the most beautiful and famous beaches on the south coast.The villa offers an additional outdoor living space of about 40 square metres. The veranda is furnished with wicker sofas and chairs, a table and a masonry sofa with cushions. There is also a fireplace and a storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The living and dining area has air conditioning, TV (satellite decoder available at an extra charge) and a fireplace. On this level there is also a double bedroom (160 x 190 cm) with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bathtub, a hallway, a small balcony overlooking the large garden and three bedrooms, two of which have double beds (160 x 190 cm), Sardinian-style furniture, large wardrobes and chests of drawers.
