Mamma Jessica has two double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a double ensuite with an added single bed. There are two other bathrooms, one next to the other double bedroom (with shower-tub) and a service bathroom in the living area. An elegant living room with a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea is adjacent to the very refined and modern kitchen which opens onto a terrace with a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the Ionian coast. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
