The flat is centrally located in an old building in the heart of Cefalù, close to the most famous tourist attractions and a short distance from the sandy beach and the sea. The flat is only 40 metres from the beach. It is located in a very quiet area of the town, in one of the picturesque alleys of the historic centre, where only the sound of the Mediterranean Sea can be heard. It is the perfect accommodation for a pleasant and cosy holiday by the sea in Sicily.

Cefalù is a beautiful Mediterranean town on the northern coast of Sicily. It is centrally located and easily accessible from major airports and motorways. Its central location offers easy access to the island's famous towns and attractions. The city boasts a beautiful sandy beach. There are many shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy good, authentic Sicilian cuisine. There are also many cultural activities. Of particular interest are the Arab-Norman cathedral, the medieval washhouse, the castle park and the Mandralisca Museum. There are numerous churches from different eras and the Salvatore Cicero Theatre, which hosts concerts (of Italian and international music).
