Deze vakantiewoning voor 4 personen heeft twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van een TV (internationale zenders) en een DVD-speler. Daarnaast is er een tuin, een sauna, een zwembad (privé), een terras, een barbecue, een balkon en een jacuzzi. Uw auto kunt u parkeren op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is voorzien van een douche.

The interior of the tower chalet, whose living space of around 500 m² is divided into 4 floors, is accessed via the bold drawbridge. All levels are connected at the rear by a spacious staircase. The guest and children's rooms are located on the entrance level, each with a bathroom/WC and terrace-balcony. Below this is the spacious home office; through the wide glass front at the front, the views extend into the upper Vinschgau Valley as far as the Swiss mountains, in the smaller window Tarsch appears as a "nature picture", a natural still life in the window frame. Living/dining room, visually divided by the large masonry wood-burning stove and the open fireplace on three sides, with satellite TV, video, radio system with CD (ample selection) and stereo, wood-panelled library parlour with masonry stove and lounger, cosy sitting area, TV, binoculars for mounting outdoors, e.g. on the huge terrace that closes the tower circle, with a completely linear table and chairs, naturally made of steel and wood. Two guest and children's bedrooms, each with double beds and an additional pull-out bed; in the toilet rooms with bath or shower, the crystalline white marble stone stands out. A natural swimming pool with a length of 18 m, width of 4 / 6 m and depth of min. 1.30 m/max. 1.80 m, massage grotto and waterfall, like a mysterious mountain lake. Sauna area with Finnish wooden cabin and view of the Val Martello, Roman steam sauna completely encased in white Lasa marble, as are the walls of the shower. The whirlpool with a view of the mountain scenery opposite and the bar can be separated from the swimming area by a "rounded" sliding element (always made of the same chestnut wood); from this area you can access another terrace, secluded and sheltered from the wind, with an open-air shower, enclosed gas barbecue area with chimney flue, dining table and chairs. The sheltered balconies in front of the rooms have an almost meditative character due to the force of the landscape. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
