The villa consists of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there is an aperitif bar with a pool table, two bedrooms with wooden floors, a bathroom and a balcony. The floor is reached via an external staircase. All rooms have air conditioning. Two of the four rooms are furnished with a French bed (150 x 195 cm) and the other two rooms each have two single beds (90 x 195 cm). From the house you can access the large, partially covered terrace with its cosy lounge furniture. Relax by the pool and use the outdoor barbecue to prepare meals. There are plenty of sun loungers available. There is also a small arbour that provides protection from the sun.There are two parking spaces on the property to safely park your vehicles.The villa is located in the small village of Nova in the west of the island of Korcula, directly by the sea. Many deserted little bays and peaceful surroundings guarantee a dream holiday. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
