This beatiful and large semi-detached house is situated between the mountain and the sea. From the house you can easily reach the beach by foot, or by car if you prefer, and start many hiking and walking paths. The house has beautiful views from every corner of the house and the yard toward the sea and the islands. Many walking paths and restaurants can be find along the seashore and you can reach very shortly Opatija - Abbazia, the pearl of the Istrian east coast. The location is ideal for a family relaxing summer vacation.Outdoor area is furnished and intended to enjoy the meals on the grill. It has two swings and lot of space for play. It is fully closed and terraced. It has enough space for several cars and a garage.
