The villa is situated in Baska Voda, it has a floor area of 450 m2 across three floors. Guests will enjoy 5 rooms and en-suite bathrooms for up to 10+2 people.

In the lower level there is the tavern with a cozy rustic dining area and kitchen, toilet, bedroom with bathroom. Taverna has access to the garden with barbecue and covered terrace.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room with sofa bed, dining table, a kitchen and bathroom. From here you can reach the terrace and the pool. The fitness room with sauna and bathroom are also located here.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each room with its own high-quality bathroom and balcony or terrace with sea view.The whole house is bathed in sun and light thanks to large windows.
As part of the house is the large beautiful pool with heating and cooling, the surface of 24m2 and depth of 1.5m on all parts, with modern sun loungers and outdoor shower.
The pool is equipped with the highest standards of water purifier.
Around the villa is a beautiful Mediterranean garden and parking space if you arrive by car.GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor (67m2) is a tavern with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room in a rustic style, one bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet.

Large windows provide views of the sea and plenty of light.

On the covered terrace you can enjoy the early morning Sun and your first coffee.

Entrance is from the garden where is situated barbecue and has access to the parking lot.

Floors are connected by an internal staircase.

On the first floor (approx 145m2) is villa’s main entrance to the house and also access to the ground floor and second floor by interior staircase.
