Radalj house. Located in a small village Duge Njive, 20 km from Makarska, can become your own private get away. There are no houses next to Radalj house so you will have absolute privacy. Majority of the house was built by using raw Croatian rocks. On the outside there is a wall surrounding the property to provide privacy , also included is a heated swimming pool,(works from 20.04.to 1.11.) lawn bowl area, barbecue ,table tennis ,trampoline and immense amount( about 3000m) of room for all kinds of activities.If you want to go around the area, there are 4 free bikes.Next to the house is a garden with seasonal fruits and vegetables which are grown on the principles of organic gardening. All in the garden guests can use for free (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, salads....)The house can comfortably fit 4-6 guests,it includes two bedrooms , two bathrooms, large living area, kitchen ,dining area and equipment for cooking and storage is provided. Internet is free wi-fi unlimited usage and there is a satellite TV program. There is also washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee machine, baby seat and baby bed.The location of Radalj house is phenomenal : house is situated 20 km from the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Coast . MAKARSKA is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast, attractive for its nature and good climate, rich in tourist attractions. There is a ferry line which runs a few times a day from Makarska to the island BRAČ and HVAR and 37km away from one of the most recognised places in the world MEĐUGORJE.From the house by car you arrive to Split for an hour. Split is very popular destination becuase of its numerous historical sights and attractions. The old part of the city SPLIT is a palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and is a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
