Villa Envivo Komiža is a true beauty that opened its doors to all lovers of island Vis and town of Komža for the first time in May 2022. It is luxury villa with a private pool of 45 m2 and professional gym, only 100 m distance from center of Komiza, and 300m from beach.Envivo is located on 1000 m2, has a total of 400 m2 of living space, and spreads over 2 floors.It has living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms, guest bathroom, and richly equipped unique home gym.Arriving at the property of Villa Envivo Komiža, the first thing you will notice are the dry stone walls that encircle the entire property. From the main entrance, you come to the first floor of the villa where there is a comfortable living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with an island with two seating places and a dining table for 8 people, a living room with comfortable sofas where you can relax in beautiful sea views and sunsets.From the living room, you will exit to a large fully decorated terrace covered with playfully arranged stone tiles where there is a heated private pool of 45 m2 surrounded by elegant deck chairs, umbrellas and seating for maximum relaxation and enjoyment of the Mediterranean sun. There is also an outdoor shower in the pool area. Guests have at their disposal a covered area with a dining table and chairs, table tennis, outdoor kitchen and grill. On this floor there is a master room with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, satellite TV, and which through its glass south-western walls offers a panoramic view of the clear Adriatic Sea.The first floor of the villa is connected by stairs to the ground floor of the villa where there are three daylight bedrooms with king size beds and modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and satellite TV. The rooms have a view through the glass walls of the picturesque landscape and also an exit to the terrace where you can feel the scents of olive trees, lemons and Mediterranean plants that surround the villa. On the ground floor there is also a private professional fitness space that has a rich offer of professional exercise equipment where you can maintain your daily recreational or professional exercise routine. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
