This generous holiday villa is nestled into the lush hilly landscape at the edge of Biokovo National Park, along the Dalmatian Adriatic coast in the sunny south of Croatia. Here, a little outside of the picturesque locality Zagvozd, you can spend a relaxing holiday in idyllic surroundings and with ample privacy, far away from tourist noise.
The holiday villa was newly built recently in a traditional natural stone house style and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in all rooms and wireless Interent access. The living space of 105m² is spread over two floors, comprising an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room downstairs provides a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a dining table with six chairs. The cream-coloured built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, four-zone gas stove with an elegant cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a large double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps and a cupboard with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed for two further people. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, and a toilet.Detached holiday villa at the edge of the nature reserve, with a panoramic mountain view from the private pool that can be illuminated at night, and a traditional stone grill on the extensive sunny terraceYour holiday villa is about 7km from the blue Adriatic and the nearest long beach (Baska). It is about 17km to the colourful harbour town of Makarska, with a popular promenade with vibrant bars and clubs along it offering a good nightlife. The Red Lake is about 20k away and is definitely worth a trip. In the centre of Zagvozd you can find all everyday amenities: shops, markets, cafés and restaurants.You can make yourselves comfortable up on the sunny terrace in front of the bedrooms, with a table and chairs and a panoramic view over the mountain landscape. Below there is your private pool, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers. The pool can be illuminated at night so you can swim a few rounds under a starry sky, or spend leisurely barbecue evenings around the traditional stone grill. There is a convenient outdoor shower. You will need a car and can find secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site.There are also three bikes, two for adults and one for kids and a gym.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
