The house with this holiday apartment enjoys a top location just a three-minute walk from the beach, affording a wonderful panoramic view. This building is the first house that was built in Utjeha and so is associated with many wonderful memories for the owner, who lives on the ground floor. The little holiday village Utjeha lies between the two towns Bar and Ulcinj and is easy to get to along the Adriatic coastal road.Reconstruction is in progress, so will be available in May 2020.The 19m² apartment with a separate entrance and a sea view is on the ground floor. It was renovated just recently in 2019 and can accommodate 4 people (2 adult + 2 kids). The bedroom is in living room and provide a double bed (140 x 200cm).
