The fully equipped kitchen has everything a hobby chef's heart desires - from a dishwasher and ceramic hob to a wide range of kitchen appliances. Two lovingly decorated bedrooms with comfortable double beds, complemented by a bunk bed in one of the rooms, offer peace and quiet. The bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin with towel radiator as well as a practical washing machine complete the offer.Outside, you will find a spacious 250 m² garden with a sun terrace, garden furniture and a parasol. Depending on the weather and wind, you will find additional seating here. The garden borders directly on the dyke, so you can be on the beach of the IJsselmeer within a few minutes' walk. A storage room on the terrace offers space for bicycles and beach toys. There is also a garage for your car in the car park.The surrounding area offers a perfect mix of relaxation and activity. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
