Our fine and exclusive holiday park is located on a small peninsula in Onderdijk, directly on a large lake, the Groote Vliet. The Vislust holiday park is therefore completely surrounded by water and can be reached on foot or by car via a small bridge. Whether for fishing, boating, swimming, kite surfing, sunbathing or long walks along the sea. The surroundings are simply made for it. There is a very friendly and respectful atmosphere between the only 70 houses on the island. You can expect pure relaxation and tranquillity in a beautiful natural setting, right on the Ijsselmeer lakeGarden / Terrace: A small covered terrace invites you to linger even in the rain. At the front of the canal is a large sun terrace with modern lounge furniture / parasol / barbecue and boat mooring. Here you can enjoy the very relaxing, quiet nature with a wide unobstructed view and is rewarded with fantastic sunsets. the courtyard is separated by a fence from the terrace to the canal, so that your four-legged friend does not accidentally reach the water. However, it can also be left open through a door.The house was completely renovated in 2016 and given a modern style by us. This is made up as follows: The living room: Beautiful and bright living room with integrated kitchen and dining room. Cosy L-shaped sofa with direct view of the flat screen TV. Satellite dish with all German programmes and Play Station 3 with games. From the sofa you have a direct view of the spacious terrace, the canal and a large meadow. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed so that you can comfortably enjoy the TV programme while lying down. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 small children or 1 teenager. The beds: Bedroom: 1 double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), TV with DVD player and wardrobe. Children's room: built in the style of a cabin (bed size 138×180 cm). The kitchen: In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer function, a Senseo pad coffee machine with milk frother as well as a modern gas hob and oven, all important useful kitchen utensils are of course also in the house. The bathroom: The bright bathroom impresses with a spacious shower, 1 washbasin and 1 toilet. Access for guests: - Communal laundry room with washing machines & dryers (washing tokens can be purchased from the site management.) Office hours: daily between 10:00 and 18:00! - small playground on the holiday island - communal bathing platform with a small sunbathing lawnWith its excellent transport connections, the surrounding area offers a mix of nature, beach, sea, leisure activities, night-time tranquillity and short distances to museums and sights. There is also plenty for your children to experience in the neighbourhood. The Ijsselmeer is only knee-deep near the beach, perfect for the little ones to splash around in. A large adventure playground is a 5-minute walk away and an indoor swimming pool is a 5-minute drive away. So nothing stands in the way of a perfect holiday for the whole family. You can enjoy the marvellous view over the Ijsselmeer from the dyke in just 5 minutes on foot. Your pet is also very welcome here. The dog beach is also just a few minutes' walk away. The Ijsselmeer with various bathing beaches, a beach club, as well as shopping and leisure facilities (boats and bicycle hire) are also within walking distance. Whether for kite surfing, swimming, fishing, sailing, cycling, hiking or just to lie in the sun - golf & mini golf, everything is possible here. Would you prefer shopping, freshly baked fish, island hopping, a typical Dutch weekly market or a visit to a museum...? The historic harbour towns of Hoorn (18 km), Enkhuizen (14 km) or Medemblik (3 km) are certainly worth a visit. Amsterdam is only about 60 km away, perfectly accessible via Hoorn by Park & Ride public transport. The island of Texel is just over an hour away by car and ferry, as are the beautiful North Sea beaches on the other side of the coast.Dogs are very welcome! this region is perfect for dog owners, a dog beach (permitted all year round without a lead) is approx. 200 metres away, bathing beaches by the sea are also within easy reach. Dogs are very welcome here, dog bowls are available on site and our grounds are fully fenced and escape-proof. The courtyard can be fenced off from the terrace by the water if you have a water rat and don't want your dog to go swimming unsupervised. Dogs stay with us free of charge.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
