Opposite the flat is the entrance to the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social and Economic Sciences) of the Karl-Franzens University. The kitchen/living room and the other bedroom look directly onto the university entrance. The new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and right next to it you can spend cosy evenings at the dining table. The bathroom has also been remodelled and a washing machine/dryer combination is available. The flat is furnished with a lot of fairness and charm, everything is very practical, ideal for families with older children, two couples, 2 families with smaller children. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
