This property is located in the quiet development of Quinta do Sobral in the municipality of Castro Marim on the eastern Algarve. The Casa and the apartment are a comfortable and gorgeously furnished holiday rental property, where you can enjoy a lovely stay.The 50m2 apartment Ilse also has a 17m2 conservatory. It offers a large living/dining area with a kitchen unit, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2m) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, which can accommodate an adult or two children, a television with satellite TV, a stereo and a DVD player. The kitchen boasts a 2 burner ceran stove, a microwave/convection oven combo, a refrigerator and a dishwasher as well as many more modern amenities. In the conservatory, under a worktop, you will find a washing machine. A steatite oven is available for heating on colder days.The house consists of the Casa and the apartment. The Casa has 116 m2 and offers a large living room with a dining area and a fireplace. It also offers three bedrooms; one of the three bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and has an en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet). The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2m) and the third bedroom on this floor is furnished as with two single beds (0.90 x 2 m). There is an additional bathroom, accessible from the hallway, with a bathtub, a toilet, and a bidet. The kitchen, which also has a utility room and a washing machine is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave/convection oven combo, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, as well as all necessary appliances and utensils you will require during your stay. The living room is furnished with comfortable living/dining furniture, a satellite flat screen television for German and Portuguese channels, a stereo and a DVD player.
