One Double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with air conditioning, blinds that open up to the patio, one bathroom with bath and shower.On this floor there is a living area with seating sofas, snooker table, bar and kitchenette all equipped and a terrace with garden furniture.On the ground floor:Consists by 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with scenery view, both of them have air conditioning and a shared bathroom in the hallway. The dining room has seats for up 16/20 people and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine and a laundry room. A service bathroom (only toilet and basin).The living room has 3 sofas, a dining table that seats up to 12 people and a fireplace, which you can use it freely in the cold months, if you need our help with an extra cost we provide the wood for you.On the first floor:Has an en-suite King size bed with bathroom(bath), air conditioning, 2 comfortable armchairs and a private balcony. 1 En-suite bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom(bath), air conditioning and a private balcony.On the corridor there is a sofa bed for one single person.Safety: Main Gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off.Outside - While staying at the villa enjoy the front terrace and your private swimming pool "with a size of 11mx8" . Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
